These Terms describe the developing DeltaXPI market intelligence and product decision-support product and the conditions that apply to authorized use.

About DeltaXPI
DeltaXPI is a developing product for organizing market observations, evaluating evidence, and supporting product decisions. It is not a marketplace, transaction platform, financial adviser, or guarantee of product success.
Product Purpose
DeltaXPI provides market intelligence and product decision-support. Its outputs are intended to help authorized users investigate market change, research signals, and consider product opportunities.
Early and Internal Product Status
DeltaXPI is currently under development and may initially be available only to internal or authorized users. Features, interfaces, source coverage, and access conditions may change as the product is evaluated.
Acceptable Use
You must not use DeltaXPI to violate third-party platform terms, circumvent access controls, redistribute restricted raw source data, infringe intellectual-property rights, misuse personal information, interfere with the service, or conduct unlawful activity.
Third-Party Sources
DeltaXPI may rely on third-party APIs, public sources, licensed services, or other permitted data providers. Access to those sources may change, become unavailable, be restricted, or be suspended. Use of source information remains subject to applicable provider rights, terms, permissions, and restrictions.
Source Availability
No external source is guaranteed to remain available. A source limitation may reduce evidence coverage or make a related feature unavailable without preventing the rest of DeltaXPI from operating.
Market Intelligence and Derived Intelligence
DeltaXPI may create normalized observations, analytical signals, evidence assessments, derived metrics, research outputs, and product opportunity insights. These are analytical decision-support outputs, not guarantees of demand, sales, profitability, or trend prediction.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
Market intelligence is analytical and probabilistic. External information may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or unavailable, and analytical interpretation may contain errors. Users remain responsible for evaluating evidence and making their own business decisions.
Intellectual Property
DeltaXPI software, interface design, documentation, and DeltaXPI-created product materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Rights in underlying third-party source content remain with their lawful owners. A reference in derived intelligence does not grant a user rights to copy, redistribute, or otherwise use that underlying content.
Restrictions
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt service operation, remove ownership notices, misrepresent analytical output as verified fact, or use DeltaXPI to reconstruct or redistribute restricted source datasets.
Service Availability
The product may be changed, limited, suspended, or unavailable during development, maintenance, security response, provider changes, or operational review. DeltaXPI does not promise uninterrupted access.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as DeltaXPI develops. Updated terms will be published on this page, and continued authorized use after an applicable update may be subject to the revised terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation
DeltaXPI provides analytical support based on information and methods available at the time. To the extent permitted by applicable requirements, DeltaXPI is provided without a promise that every output will be complete, current, or suitable for a particular decision. Users remain responsible for their business, product, compliance, and source-use decisions.
