Privacy Notice
DeltaXPI is a market intelligence and product decision-support product. This notice explains how information associated with website visitors, future application users, and external public or third-party sources may be processed.
V1 public notice · Product under development
Introduction
This Privacy Notice describes DeltaXPI’s current public website and developing product. It distinguishes information provided by people who use DeltaXPI from market and source information processed for intelligence purposes.
Information We Process
Depending on the product feature and its stage of development, information may include basic website request data, operational records, information supplied by authorized users, permitted source data, normalized observations, and derived intelligence.
Website Visitor Data
When you visit the public website, the service may process HTTP request metadata, basic operational logs, and security or error information needed to deliver and protect the service. The current website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or a named third-party analytics service. If materially new analytics or similar processing is introduced, this notice will be updated as appropriate.
Application User Data
When application accounts are introduced, DeltaXPI may process account identifiers, authentication information, operational usage records, and user preferences or configuration. The current foundation does not represent that a complete public account or authentication system is available.
Public and Third-Party Source Data
Personal data provided by DeltaXPI users is distinct from public or third-party market and source data processed for intelligence purposes.
DeltaXPI may process information obtained through official, authorized, licensed, or otherwise permitted sources, subject to applicable provider terms. These sources may include authorized APIs, marketplaces, public web sources, independent commerce sources, and commercial data providers. Public visibility alone does not mean information may be collected or used without applicable permissions and restrictions.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to operate and secure the service, diagnose errors, maintain authorized user settings, normalize market observations, evaluate evidence, develop derived intelligence, and improve the reliability of product workflows.
AI-Assisted Processing
AI-assisted processing may support classification, attribute extraction, semantic normalization, clustering, summarization, and research synthesis. AI is a processing tool rather than an independent data source, and source context and evidence remain part of the analytical workflow.
Marketplace and source content is not intended to be used for foundation-model training or model fine-tuning under DeltaXPI product policy. If third-party processors are introduced, their use will be governed by applicable agreements, security controls, and updated disclosures where required.
Data Retention
Different data classes may require different retention periods. Operational logs, source content, normalized observations, identifiers, derived metrics, and derived intelligence may be retained according to operational necessity, source or provider requirements, the approved purpose, and applicable legal or security obligations. Retention rules will be refined as provider policies and product workflows are finalized.
Data Security
DeltaXPI is designed around access controls, separation of secrets, least-privilege access, logging safeguards, independent infrastructure boundaries, and encrypted transport in production where applicable. No security control eliminates all risk, and this notice does not claim any external security certification.
Third-Party Services
DeltaXPI may use infrastructure, authorized data, security, or analytical service providers as the product develops. Their processing will depend on the service used, applicable agreements, and provider requirements. Material changes will be reflected in product disclosures where appropriate.
Your Choices and Requests
People may request information about data they have directly provided to DeltaXPI or ask for an applicable correction or deletion. Available choices will depend on the information, the product relationship, provider obligations, and applicable requirements.
Changes to This Notice
This notice may change as DeltaXPI adds product capabilities, accounts, providers, or processors. Material revisions will be reflected on this page before or when the related processing is introduced, as appropriate.
Contact
Formal contact information will be published here before public availability. Until then, privacy requests should use the centralized contact channel provided with authorized product access.
